The Age of RomanticismUnit 6: The Age of Romanticism, 1800-1865 The Age of Romanticism is the sixth in a series of seven study units. An in-depth look at Romanticism in Europe, England and American, this unit focuses on historical and literary primary sources written from around 1800 to 1865. Two of the well known events in this period of history are the Civil War and the French Revolution.
